"The place is good and can accommodate more customers. I can say that I am comfortable in the dining area. Their crew is very welcoming and accommodating. The food is great; you can say that it is value for money. I loved the beef and the broth. It really suits my palate. My overall dining experience is great. Highly recommendable, and I will definitely go back here."

There’s also ice cream with two topping options. Service is friendly and efficient, but having to call the staff every time we want more meat feels a bit inconvenient; a paper order form would make things smoother. "Had lunch at Sukiya in Ayala Mall Bay — and it was truly excellent! The service was warm and thoughtful: “Would you like more meat?” and even after asking for the bill, they kindly said, “Dessert is still available!” We were so full we could barely move! The paper-thin slices of pork and chicken were like a work of art — perfectly cooked and delicious. Thank you to the two lovely staff members who took such great care of us. We’ll definitely come back again!"

"A warm smile can go a long way. On our way to SUKI-YA, a waitress from another restaurant we weren’t even planning to visit greeted me with such a pleasant smile—it truly made a difference. However, when we arrived at SUKI-YA, the waiter didn’t make eye contact or offer a simple “good morning.” If not for our reservation, I might have considered returning to the other restaurant. I hope the staff can be encouraged to share a welcoming smile—it would be a wonderful reason for guests like us to come back."

"Service is excellent, attentive and polite staffs. Place is also nice, has privacy walls and comfy couches. Food selection or side dishes are okay, but refilling of their maki took too long and only 1 variety. Their soups are also good."

From the main dishes to the desserts, you can really tell that each one was carefully prepared and kept fresh throughout the service. The place was clean, well-organized, and had a comfortable ambiance that made us feel relaxed while enjoying our meal. Special thanks to Ms Vivian, who made our visit extra pleasant. She was very nice, approachable, and always attentive to our needs. She checked on our table from time to time to make sure we were satisfied, and her warm personality truly stood out. It’s rare to find staff who make you feel genuinely cared for, and she definitely did that. Overall, the food and service were both excellent. We left full and happy! It’s definitely a buffet worth coming back to — good food, great service, and amazing staff. Highly recommended!"
